Parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan have been scheduled for August 23, 2026,
According to Report, citing the Kazakh President Administration (Akorda), President Kassym‑Jomart Tokayev signed the relevant decree.
The decree instructs the Central Election Commission to organize the preparation and conduct of the elections for Kurultai (Parliament) members.
It also directs the government, as well as the mayors of the capital, regions, and cities of republican significance, to promptly take all necessary organizational, logistical, and financial measures to ensure the election campaign.
