Kazakhstan, Israel sign memorandum on visa-free travel

The foreign ministers of Kazakhstan and Israel, Yermek Kosherbayev and Gideon Sa'ar, respectively, signed a number of bilateral documents in Astana following negotiations, Report informs via Kazinform.

Among the signed documents are a memorandum of intent to conclude an agreement on mutual exemption from visa requirements, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of public diplomacy, as well as a document providing for mutual cooperation in the training of diplomatic personnel.

The signing of these agreements is aimed at further developing bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and Israel, expanding humanitarian and diplomatic ties, and simplifying contacts between the citizens of the two countries.
