Iran sends largest-ever trade delegation to Russia

More than 300 business representatives from 18 provinces of Iran are visiting Russia to take part in two international exhibitions.

According to Report, citing IRNA, the Russian side discussed practical solutions for increasing trade between the two countries during a meeting with the heads of Iran's fisheries and veterinary organizations.

The Russian International Food and Beverage Industry Exhibition will be held in Moscow from September 14 to 17, while the International Fisheries and Aquaculture Exhibition will take place in St. Petersburg from September 15 to 17.

The Iranian representatives were described as the largest trade delegation ever to visit Russia.

The visit is expected to create opportunities for a significant increase in trade between the two countries.
