Turkiye seeks to achieve ceasefire in Ukraine as soon as possible, Hulusi Akar says

"We are trying to achieve a ceasefire in Ukraine as soon as possible," said Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, Report informs, citing TRT Haber.

"Mr. President continues to contact world leaders, and we are in contact with our colleagues. We continue to say that we support the ceasefire, and that the road to peace and diplomacy passes through the truce," Akar added.
