Hulusi Akar says Türkiye wants Aegean Sea to be a sea of friendship

Türkiye wants the Aegean Sea to be a sea of friendship, National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said at a press conference together with his Greek counterpart Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos.
He said that Türkiye's wish is for citizens of both countries to live safely:
"As two civilized countries, it is our main desire to solve the existing problems peacefully. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Greece for both the visit and the support they have given us in connection with the earthquake," Akar noted.
