The Houthis from Yemen's Ansar Allah movement are prepared to engage in talks with the US administration to achieve peace, provided Washington demonstrates a genuine willingness to do so, an unnamed movement spokesman told Qatar's Al Araby TV channel, Report informs via TASS.
"American aggression is an unjustified attack and a violation of our sovereignty," the senior movement official told the channel. "Talks can take place - we have always supported dialogue," he added, emphasizing that the movement is ready for peace if there is a "serious attempt" at a settlement.
