Four injured in strikes on Iran's Sirik port

Four people were injured and maritime infrastructure was significantly damaged in strikes on the strategic Sirik port in southern Iran, Report informs, citing Al Jazeera.
Al Jazeera reported the information with reference to Hamidreza Mohammad-Hosseini Takhti, head of the ports and maritime affairs department in eastern Hormozgan province.
According to him, one person was seriously injured and evacuated to a hospital in Minab, while three others received medical assistance at the scene.
He said the port was attacked twice, seriously damaging one of the facility's main piers. Local commercial vessels and nearby telecommunications towers were also damaged.
