Foreign Ministry official says Russia-West ties won't return to previous state

"Relations between Russia and the West will not return to the previous state," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov told Report on March 3, RIA Novosti reported.
According to him, the crisis in the US-Russian relations 'is the result of the irresponsible political course of official Washington.'
