Turkiye will not recognize the results of the 'referendum' in Ukraine as it does not recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea, said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.
Report quotes the minister as saying official Ankara conducts a balanced policy:
"Turkiye's relations with Russia are good. But we state our position clearly."
