Erdogan: Turkey will buy vaccines from abroad until it prepares its vaccine

Turkey intends to continue importing vaccines unless it prepares its vaccine, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at a press conference in Ankara.
“To date, about 11.5 million citizens have been vaccinated. Turkey will continue buying vaccines from abroad unless it prepares its vaccine,” he said.
The head of state also noted that the government decided to keep all restrictions valid. He called for not to be indifferent to the rules.
