Erdogan proposes new format for normalization of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations

We have conveyed our proposal for a tripartite meeting to them. But in this case, we did not offer a tripartite, but a quadripartite meeting. Let's hold a meeting not with leaders who have nothing to do with these places, but with the Russian leader, Mr. Putin, the President of Azerbaijan, Mr. Aliyev, me, and the Prime Minister of Armenia, Mr. Pashinyan, who is currently dealing with the issue, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told journalists before departing for the US to attend the 78th Session of the UN General Assembly, Report informs.
“We have not received any positive or negative feedback yet. We will discuss this issue with Mr. Aliyev later and follow the events closely," Erdogan said.”
