Erdoğan mulls Karabakh issue with Putin

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation, Report informs, citing Anadolu Agency.
Erdogan said that reconstruction work was underway in Nagorno-Karabakh and that experts from the three countries could come together for the efficiency of transport and communication lines.
