Erdoğan, Mark Carney discuss Türkiye-Canada relations

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has held a phone call with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, Report informs, citing the Turkish Presidential Administration.
During the call, the sides discussed Türkiye-Canada bilateral relations, as well as regional and global issues.
They noted that work was continuing to raise cooperation between Türkiye and Canada to a higher level in many areas, particularly trade, security, the defense industry and energy.
Erdoğan also expressed hope that the NATO Leaders Summit to be held in Türkiye would contribute to further strengthening cooperation among allies.
