David Tonoyan blames himself for Armenia's defeat in Second Karabakh War

The former Minister of Defense of Armenia, David Tonoyan, found himself guilty for his country's defeat in the Second Karabakh War in 2020, Report informs.
Tonoyan said at the commission established in the country's parliament to study the conditions of the 44-day war that he failed to prevent the war and stop the fighting.
