David Arakhamia: Ukraine may resume talks with Russia after Army’s counteroffensives in August

Ukraine may resume talks with Russia from a strengthened position at the end of August after counteroffensives are conducted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in certain areas, David Arakhamia, the Head of the Ukrainian delegation and the Leader of the Servant of the People Faction, told Voice of America, Report informs, citing Ukrinform.
In his words, a minimum agreement with Russia can be considered if the Ukrainian Army pushes Russian troops away from the territory of Ukraine or Russian troops get withdrawn on their own to the positions before February 24.
