The US delivery of arms to Kyiv is an irresponsible act, Mao Ning, Deputy director of information at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, said while commenting on the killing of media representatives in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region, Report informs.
According to her, Ukraine should ensure the safety of civilians, including journalists.
