Charles Michel: Financial support should be provided for rebuilding of Ukraine

It will be important to support Ukraine financially for the rebuilding of the country, EU Council President Charles Michel said on Twitter, Report informs.

"This war must stop as soon as possible. It will be crucial to launch an international donors' conference in close coordination with the Ukrainian government and authorities," he tweeted.

"We believe in international law. It will be the responsibility of international justice to qualify the nature of the crimes. There are certainly war crimes in Ukraine, such as the targeting of civilians and the bombings of civilian sites. We do not accept impunity," Michel added.
