Belarus is in favor of a ceasefire and the start of negotiations in Ukraine, said Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Sergey Aleinik, who is on a visit to Hungary, Report informs via TASS.
“Minsk's position is clear: stop the deaths, declare a ceasefire immediately and start negotiations - the sooner the better,” he stressed.
“A cease-fire shall be declared without the right of either side to move troops, regroup, deploy weapons, manpower and equipment to the battlefield,” Aleinik said.
