Baykar eyes building supersonic UAV in Ukraine

The Turkish company Baykar Makina plans to build a new reactive supersonic drone Bayraktar Kizilelma at the Ukrainian plant, the company's CEO Haluk Bayraktar said, Report informs referring to UNIAN.
He noted that the construction of the plant has already begun.
"We have long-term plans for projects with Ukraine. Baykar has started building a factory, a research center and an advanced manufacturing center there, where we want to produce all systems. Not only the fuselage, but also electronics, software - everything we do here. Our investment plans are moving forward now," Bayraktar said.
He noted that Bayraktar TV2 and Bayraktar Akinci will also be produced at the plant in Ukraine.
