Azerbaijan leading in South Caucasus in use of medical masks

Azerbaijan ranks first among the South Caucasus countries in the use of protective masks, Report's Georgian bureau informs citing the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation.

According to the document, in Azerbaijan, the rate of mask usage among the population is 78%. This figure is 43% in Georgia and 38% in Armenia.

The study notes that the average mask compliance activeness in the world is 62%.

The indicators were obtained using a unique technology of aerial photography.
