The speaker of the Armenian Parliament signed the resignation letter of President Armen Sarkissian, according to the parliament's website, Report informs, citing the Armenian media.
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian tendered his resignation, saying he believes the country's constitution does not give him sufficient powers to influence events.
