"There has been no change in Armenia's position. Both in recent years and 25-30 years ago, Yerevan believed that borders with Turkey should be opened and diplomatic relations established without preconditions," Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at a joint press conference with Austrian Federal Minister for European and International Affairs Alexander Schallenberg, Report informs via News.am.
The Armenian minister noted that there has already been a meeting of representatives of Turkey and Armenia.
"We could not touch on many issues. But there are signs that the process will go in a positive direction. However, this does not depend on the position of one side," Mirzoyan stressed.
