Armenian FM: Opening borders with Turkey to be discussed in Vienna

"Armenia expects that the issue of establishing diplomatic relations and opening borders will be discussed during the talks in Vienna," Report informs, citing Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
According to him, the participation of Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in the diplomatic forum in Antalya largely depends on the outcome of the talks between the special representatives of Yerevan and Ankara in Vienna.
The next meeting of the special representatives of Turkey and Armenia is scheduled for February 24 in Vienna, the capital of Austria.
