The normalization of relations with Turkey will have a positive impact on the situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said, Report informs referring to Armenian media.
“Problem resolution and normalization of relations always have a positive effect on the entire region and the ongoing processes. Sometimes it is worth considering issues separately, but there may be a connection,” he said.
Armenia and Turkey appointed special representatives to discuss the issues of normalizing relations (the first meeting between Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kilic took place in Moscow on January 14).
