Armenia's coronavirus death toll reaches 3,140

Armenia confirmed 192 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the nationwide tally to 168, 830, Report informs, citing the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health.
The death toll has reached 3, 140-as two more succumbed to the deadly pathogen. As many as 160, 942 people have recovered from the disease so far.
The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) emerged in late 2019 in China’s Hubei province and has spread to more than 200 countries and territories since then.
On February 11, the WHO officially named the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as COVID-19, and on March 11, declared it a pandemic.
