Armenia's Chief Military Inspector resigns

Armenia's Defense Ministry's Chief Military Inspector Movses Hakobyan has submitted a resignation application, Report says, citing Graparak.
"I will convene a press conference and tell the reasons," Hakobyan said.
Notably, Movses Hakobyan was appointed Chief Military Inspector on May 24, 2019, by Armenia's prime minister Nikol Pashinyan. Before this position, he worked as a Chief of Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces.
He was born on February 4, 1965, in the Khojavend region of Azerbaijan.
