Almaty police detain about 2,000 people

The police have detained about 2,000 people in Almaty, Report informs referring to the Kazakh Interior.
More than 85 calls about the attack on fitness clubs, restaurants, shops and pawnshops were received in Almaty via a hotline set up by the city commandant’s office.
“The hotline of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs received 87 calls about attacks on fitness clubs, clothing stores, equipment, catering facilities, pawnshops,” the TV channel reported. Entrepreneurs were urged to take photos and videos of the damage from looters.
