Aftermath of Kyiv rocket and drone attack - PHOTOS

Russia launched a major overnight attack on Ukraine's Kyiv region and the capital city of Kyiv using ballistic missiles, cluster munitions and unmanned aerial vehicles, Report informs.

Ukraine's air defense forces were reportedly unable to intercept some of the incoming missiles due to shortages of resources.

As a result, several missiles struck major commercial and service facilities in the capital, including shopping and retail networks such as Silpo and Rozetka, as well as catering and postal facilities.

The latest Russian attack on Kyiv reportedly killed 17 people and injured 45 others.
