3 lawsuits filed against Georgia at European Court

Three lawsuits have been filed at the European Court of Human Rights against Georgia.
Report's Georgian Service informs that the lawsuits were brought by ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili, ex-mayor of Tbilisi, oppositionist Giorgi Ugulava and the chairman of the United National Movement party Nika Melia.
According to the Justice Ministry of Georgia, the Strasbourg court will consider all three issues according to the standard procedure, it will take at least two years to hear the verdict.
The Georgian government noted that it has convincing arguments in all three claims, and they will be sent to the European Court.
