A 13-year-old girl gave birth in a village in Georgia's Gori municipality.
Report's local bureau informs that it took place several months ago.
The teenager and the baby were placed in a shelter.
Police detained a 50-year-old man in connection with the incident. He is accused of having sexual intercourse with a minor.
