Zelenskyy, Vance discuss strengthening Ukraine's air defense

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with US Vice President JD Vance to discuss strengthening Ukraine's air defense and the consequences of the Russia-Ukraine war for the global economy, Report informs.
Zelenskyy wrote this on Telegram.
"We discussed the results of our recent meeting with President Trump in Washington. It was positive and productive," he said.
Zelenskyy added that Russian airstrikes on Ukraine were continuing, making supplies of interceptor missiles for Patriot systems one of Kyiv's top priorities.
The sides also discussed the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on global markets.
"We agreed that our teams will stay in contact and work through all the issues we discussed today. I thank the United States for supporting Ukraine and our people," Zelenskyy wrote.
