US President Donald Trump expects to achieve a settlement of the Ukrainian conflict "in a very short period of time," Special Assistant to the President and Principal Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields said, Report informs via TASS.
"President Trump means business, and at the end of the day, he wants to score peace, which is exactly what he's probably going to be able to do in a very short period of time," he told the NewsNation TV channel, commenting on the situation around Ukraine and the March 18 telephone conversation between Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
