Wallace: No threat can stop Ukraine from winning

No threats or propaganda will be able to prevent Ukraine from winning this war, British Defense Minister Ben Wallace said, Report informs.
The minister believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin's declaration of partial mobilization is an acknowledgment that he failed to win the war.
Wallace noted that mobilization is announced in Russia for the first time after the Second World War.
He added that President Vladimir Putin and Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu are to blame for the deaths of tens of thousands of Russian citizens.
Putin announced partial mobilization in Russia on September 21. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said that up to 300,000 reserve soldiers would be summoned to the army.
