"What is happening in Afghanistan is a humanitarian catastrophe," Russian President Vladimir Putin said, Report informs, citing TASS.
"What happened in Afghanistan after the withdrawal of the United States is a humanitarian catastrophe. Despite the lessons learned from this country, application of standards to one country from abroad continues in other countries," he said.
