US Vice President J.D. Vance said Washington is thoroughly investigating reports of a strike on a wedding ceremony in Iran, while expressing skepticism about the credibility of information provided by the Iranian side.
"We are investigating this very thoroughly," he said during a White House press briefing, according to Report.
Vance emphasized that the United States does not target civilians during military operations and "never will."
"Unfortunately, sometimes these things happen," the vice president added.
