US to impose 25% duties on imports from Kazakhstan from August

The US has decided to introduce customs duties of 25% on imports from Kazakhstan from August 1, Report informs referring to the texts of messages to countries against which duties are being introduced, published by US President Donald Trump in Truth Social.

It is noted that if Astana decides to introduce retaliatory duties against Washington, the US will increase its tariff rate by the amount that Kazakhstan decides to set.
