US Secretary of State: Putin facing opposite of what he wished for

Russian President Vladimir Putin is facing the opposite of his wishes, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told NTV, Report informs.

He said that Putin could not break up NATO, contrary to what he thought: "More than 1 million Russian citizens left the country. No company wants to cooperate with Russia."

Blinken stressed that Russia has enough losses, but there is no sign that this state will retreat:

"Russia must finally come to its senses. The future of Russia has already been destroyed. We will do everything we can to protect Ukraine."
