The US State Department has approved a potential sale to Norway of UH-60M Black Hawk multipurpose helicopters, along with related equipment and systems, for a total of $2.3 billion, the State Department said in a post on its website.
According to Report, Norway had previously requested the purchase of 21 UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters, as well as engines and weapons for them, along with a wide range of systems, including navigation equipment, communications systems and protection systems.
"The total estimated value of the contract is $2.3 billion," the published document said.
