US Congress intends to increase military aid to Ukraine in the next fiscal year, which begins on October 1, Report informs, citing the Russian press.
This year Ukraine may receive $275 million, an increse of 25 million from last year, from the US defense budget. The initiative is included in the US defense budget bill.
Moreover, lawmakers are proposing to allocate $175 million to ensure security in the Baltic states.
The House of Representatives will discuss the document after approval.
