UNESCO has verified damage to 274 cultural sites since start of war

Since the beginning of the war, a total of 274 cultural cites have been destroyed in 14 regions of Ukraine.
Report informs, citing UNESCO, that as of 26 July 2023, UNESCO has verified damage to 274 sites since February 24, 2022: 117 religious buildings; 27 museums; 98 buildings of historical and/or artistic interest; 19 monuments; 12 libraries; 1 archive.
