In the Sumy Oblast of Ukraine, 183 settlements are subject to evacuation due to constant shelling, as reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, according to Report.
"Residents of 183 settlements in 15 territorial communities of Sumy Oblast are prioritized for evacuation. Over 20,000 people have already been evacuated, including nearly 2,500 children," stated Klymenko.
Earlier reports indicated that new restrictions for citizens would be implemented in Sumy Oblast due to the escalation of hostilities and increased activity of Russian military forces in the region.
