UKMTO reports incident involving tanker in Gulf of Oman

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO), operating under the Royal Navy, has received a report of an incident involving a tanker and military forces in the Gulf of Oman, Report informs, citing the UKMTO's website.

However, UKMTO does not specify the nature of the incident.

"Vessels are advised to consider the latest maritime security information and maintain awareness of the evolving operational environment. Authorities are aware and relevant investigations remain ongoing," the UKMTO said.
