The United Kingdom, as chairman of the UN Security Council, blocked the participation of Russian representatives in the meeting, said the First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations Dmitry Polyanskiy, Report informs, citing TASS.
"The Great Britain presidency has decided on its own that one of our representatives does not have a place at the UN Security Council meeting. This is an artificial decision," he said.
