UK plans to launch 50-day campaign to arm Ukraine

UK Defence Secretary John Healey will urge partner countries to increase military support for Kyiv during a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group.
Report informs via TASS that according to the Daily Telegraph, in his speech, Healey will call on members of the group to organize a 50-day campaign to supply arms to Ukraine. He will also express support for the proposal by US President Donald Trump, who on July 14 threatened to impose new sanctions on Russia and its trading partners if Moscow and Washington fail to reach an agreement on resolving the conflict in Ukraine within 50 days.
During the meeting, Germany and the UK may agree on the joint purchase of additional air defense missiles using €170 million in funding provided by Berlin.
