UK bans investments in Russia

In coordination with the US, the UK has announced new sanctions against Russia, Report informs referring to foreign media.

The UK also imposed an asset freeze against Sberbank and Credit Bank of Moscow, steps which were taken in coordination with the US. The UK also added nine more listings to its Russian sanctions list, including three oligarchs.

The UK will stop importing Russian coal by the end of 2022.
