Two Taliban attacks in Afghanistan: 38 security personnel killed

Baku. 5 February. REPORT.AZ/ At least 10 police officers were killed during an attack by militants of the radical Taliban movement at a checkpoint in a district of Baghlan province in north-eastern Afghanistan.
Report informs citing the Tolo News. The incident occurred this night. Another twenty-eight security personnel died as a result of a Taliban attack in Kunduz province. Details of the incident are not given.
Notably, in Afghanistan there is a confrontation between government forces and militants of the radical Taliban movement, which previously seized a large territory in rural areas of the country and launched an offensive against major cities.
