At least two people were killed in a Russian strike on the southeastern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia, according to the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
Fedorov said one more person is believed to be trapped under the rubble as rescue operations continue.
According to the regional official, Russian forces struck the regional center with three guided aerial bombs.
The attack destroyed and damaged residential and non-residential buildings, while fires also broke out across parts of the city.
Emergency services remain at the scene carrying out search and rescue efforts.
