Türkiye urges US to stop supporting terrorists

Türkiye has called on the United States to stop supporting terrorists, Head of the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidential Administration Fahrettin Altun said in an interview with Al-Jazeera TV channel, Report informs.
He said that this may affect the relations between the two NATO allies: "We have reiterated that supporting terrorists can create a risk for our relations. The US says it is providing aid to other terrorist organizations to fight ISIS. But to fight against one terrorist organization, another cannot be used. This is a step that can disrupt regional stability."
Altun noted that Türkiye expects the United States to behave in accordance with the spirit of the alliance.
