Turkish FM: Ukrainian-Russian talks can change many things in world

Discussions between Ukraine and Russia can change many things globally, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Report informs.

"Of course, there are many points of conflict in the world. I am neither optimistic nor pessimistic. I am a realist. We know that past conflicts can flare up again at any moment. We have seen this again in the case of Ukraine. Let's not forget that there is no winner of the war, no loser of peace," he said.
