US President Donald Trump believes that the United States should "spend less time worrying about Putin" and focus on domestic issues, according to Report.
"We should spend less time worrying about Putin, and more time worrying about migrant rape gangs, drug lords, murderers, and people from mental institutions entering our Country - So that we don’t end up like Europe!," Trump said on Truth Social.
Following the high-profile meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Trump, Americans have expressed mixed opinions about the Biden administration’s approach to the war in Ukraine.
According to a CNN poll, 50% of respondents blamed Trump for the controversy surrounding the Oval Office meeting, while 42% held Vice President J.D. Vance responsible. The options "Zelenskyy" and "everyone equally" each received 4%.
Meanwhile, in Vermont, where Vance planned to vacation at a ski resort, hundreds of protesters gathered to greet him. Demonstrators lined the road, holding signs in support of Ukraine and criticizing Vance. Some of the banners read "Trump serves Putin" and "Support Ukraine."
Fox News reported that Vance initially planned to stay at a four-star hotel near the resort but later changed his accommodations.
